Filling it in neatly
- Right-align amounts so the decimal points line up.
- Use a monospaced style for long reference numbers if the boxes are tight.
- Check the total yourself — nothing here calculates for you.
- Save a flattened PDF: an invoice with editable fields is a bad look and a worse audit trail.
