Sign a PDF, free
Draw your signature with a finger, type it in a handwriting face, or photograph one off paper and we'll drop out the background. It is saved for next time, and the document never leaves your browser.
or drop it here · nothing is uploaded
Three ways to sign
- Draw it. On a phone or tablet, sign with a finger — it looks like your signature because you wrote it at writing speed.
- Type it. Enter your name and pick a handwriting face. Neat, consistent, and fine for most forms.
- Photograph it. Sign a sheet of paper, take a picture, and the white background is removed here in your browser.
Questions
- Is signing a PDF here free?
- Signing is free and unlimited. Saving the finished document is free three times every 30 days, with a small footer line; after that it is £2 for one document or £6 a month.
- Is my document uploaded?
- No. It is opened and signed in your browser. Our server only sees the page count, file size and a fingerprint used to count free saves.
- What kind of signature is it?
- An electronic signature — accepted for most everyday agreements, with no identity check or audit trail. For documents that need those, use a service built for them.
